INJX BY NAT AESTHETICS CANCELLATION POLICY
We require that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
Any cancellations without at least 48 hours of notice will result in a $200 late cancellation fee PER BOOKED SERVICE .
This means that any late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment without any communicated cancellation will result in a non-refundable fee of $200 for each individual service you were booked for.
(For example, if you booked Botox, Fillers, and PDO Threads, you would be charged $200 for each service, a total of $600)
To cancel your appointment, please call (908)460-6007 to speak to staff.
If they are unavailable, please leave a message stating your full name, and the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel.
This is the only way to cancel, replies to automated text messages from any number not listed above cannot be seen by our staff.
