Missed Business Opportunity Policy: We appreciate your trust in choosing our services for your aesthetic needs. In order to maintain an efficient and respectful scheduling system for both our patients and staff, we have implemented the following missed business opportunity policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required for all appointments to secure your time slot. The deposit amounts are as follows:

• $150 for Chemical Peels 

• $200 for all procedures except PDO Thread Lift, Attiva,  and Radiesse BBL

• $400 for PDO Thread Lift appointments.

• $500 for Half Radiesse BBL 

• $1,000 for Full Radiesse BBL 

• $1,000 for Attiva appointments.

This deposit will be applied to the cost of your procedure as long as the original appointment is kept.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling: We now require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any procedure appointments. In the event of a cancellation without rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited, and any future appointments will require a new deposit.

 

Rescheduling with more than 72 Hours' Notice:

 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 72 hours' notice, your deposit may be applied to any appointment scheduled within 30 days of your original appointment date. However, if you do not attend an appointment within this 30-day period, your deposit will be forfeited.

Less than 72 Hours' Notice: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, you will be charged a missed business opportunity fee equal to 50% of the service cost for all treatments. To be fair to all patients, this policy is strictly enforced regardless of the circumstances.

 

Same-Day Appointment Changes: If you book an appointment for a procedure and come in for your appointment but decide not to proceed with the procedure, you will be charged a missed business opportunity fee equal to 50% of the procedure. This is because we are unable to fill the provider's time slot at that moment, and it will be treated as a late cancellation.

 

Fee Enforcement Policy: We kindly remind all clients that adherence to cancellation policy is mandatory. Any fees incurred as a result of late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or failure to provide the required notice must be paid in full. Please note that any unpaid fees will be treated as outstanding balances. If these balances remain unpaid, we reserve the right to escalate the matter, including but not limited to engaging a professional debt collection agency to recover the amount owed. Outstanding balances that are referred to a debt collection agency may negatively impact your credit score.
